RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At NOIRTE, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
EASY 7-DAY EXCHANGE
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
SIZE EXCHANGE
If you need a different size, we're happy to help with a size exchange.
We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order. For size-related exchanges, the shipping charges associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
STORE CREDIT
We do not offer cash refunds.
If an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued. Store credit can be used on any future purchase from NOIRTE.
EXCHANGE APPROVAL
To ensure fairness for all customers, exchanged products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
