RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EASY 7-DAY EXCHANGE
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
We strongly recommend recording a clear and uninterrupted video while unboxing your order.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

Damaged products

Wrong products received

Missing items
-
Manufacturing defects
Claims made without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with:

Reason for exchange

Relevant images or videos
-
Unboxing video (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
QUALITY CHECK
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
NOIRTE reserves the right to reject exchange requests if:

Tags have been removed

The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered

The item is not returned in its original condition

The exchange request is raised after the 7-day exchange period
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
NOIRTE does not offer cash refunds.
For eligible orders, we provide exchanges only.
In cases where an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or stock limitations, customers will be issued store credit equivalent to the product value.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on NOIRTE and cannot be redeemed for cash.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for exchange:
